The tournament will be held in classical (standard) time control over 9 rounds in three groups:
Group A — 10 invited players with FIDE ratings of 1800+, round-robin format;
Group B — Open to all players, Swiss system;
Group C — For players born in 2014 or later, Swiss system.
Groups A & B: 90 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
Group C: 60 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
August 13: Registration (10:00–16:00)
August 14–22: 9 rounds, every day at 2 PM
August 22: Closing ceremony (18:00)
GM/WGM/IM/WIM and players rated 2300+ — Free
FIDE rating under 2300 — 450,000 UZS
Unrated players — 500,000 UZS
Group C — 400,000 UZS
Discount (30%) available for veterans (60+), players with disabilities, and students of the International Chess Academy
Groups A & B: 50% of entry fees go to the prize fund
Group C: trophies, medals, and gifts
Winners of Groups B and C (2 girls and 2 boys) receive qualification for the Uzbekistan Championship 2026
