Uzbekistan Youth Chess Championship to be held

The FIDE World Cup for boys and girls aged 8, 10, and 12 will take place in Batumi, Georgia, from June 15 to 28, 2026. Registration is open until April 12, 2026.

The Uzbekistan Chess Championship for boys and girls under 12 and 18 will take place in Tashkent from April 1 to 12, 2026, featuring standard, rapid, and blitz formats.

The IV International "Women’s Chess Championship" with a prize fund of $70,000 was held in Bukhara from March 9 to 14, 2026. The tournament brought together 118 players from 14 countries.

The FIDE World Chess Championship for boys and girls in the age categories of 14, 16, and 18 will take place in Montesilvano, Italy, from June 14 to 27, 2026.

The international chess tournament Budapest Spring Festival 2026 was held in Budapest, Hungary, from February 27 to March 7, 2026. Saydaliyev Saidakbar finished 2nd in Group A and won $1,700.
