From August 13 to 22 this year, the Uzbekistan Chess Federation, in collaboration with the International Chess Academy, will organize the international rated tournament “Tashkent Summer – 2025”.

The tournament will be held in the following categories:

 Group "A" – For players with a FIDE rating of 1800 and above. 10 participants selected by the organizers.
 Group "B" – Open to all players. 9-round Swiss system.
 Group "C" – For young chess players born in 2014 or later.

Entry fee:

• GM, WGM, IM, WIM titleholders and players with FIDE rating 2300+ — free

• Players rated below 2299 — 450,000 UZS

• Unrated players — 500,000 UZS

• Group “C” — 400,000 UZS
  A 30% discount is offered to veterans over 60, people with disabilities, and students of the International Chess Academy.
