The World Schools Team Championship 2025 will be held in Washington, D.C. from August 2-7 of this year.

290 chess players from 49 countries are expected to participate in this prestigious tournament. A total of 55 school teams are registered for the tournament, and the honor of Uzbekistan will be represented by students of the private school "WISDOM."

According to the competition regulations, all participants must represent one school and have won the republican stage in their country. Therefore, the WISDOM school team, which took first place in the republican stage of the "School League" held among school teams in 2024, will participate in the World Championship.
